The Great Panic

This chapter is mainly talking about different countries reactions when the zombies were really breaking out. In India they had an idea to swim and get on boats but most people were only letting women on or discriminating against color. In the USA, the interviewee said he could see from a blimp that traffic was basically stopped and the zombies were just eating their way through I-80. The government had basically cut off all communication between places to prevent more people from finding out or this traveling more than it had already.

I found this chapter to be very intriguing for the most part! It goes into how different places go to handle an atrocity like this, in their own ways. A part that really interested me was in Russia where they split people up into 10 different groups and made them pick numbers, if you're the unlucky one then you had to be killed by the rest of the group. After that, no one there was free, they were just following orders. Very scary thought!
