This section looks at different survivor stories from around the world ranging from top officials to shut-ins who never leave the house. It mentioned the difficulties they faced and explains different things that happened around the world such as Cuba, North Korea, and China. Going around you can see some countries did much better than others are surviving and boosting their economical position.
My favorite part from this section was in the beginning where David was talking about castles. Especially towards the end where he mentions "The Queen". In England where people are reverting back to the old feudal system in the wake of the Zombie War makes me wonder if there were any other situations like that. Or maybe situations that would happen similarly to that where people abandoning the newer modern ways that are supported by our current global economy and revert back the their countries past. In order to protect themselves and save their culture.
