LAL Final Project:
Video

I am working on creating a video for my final project. The video will be based
on a popular new game Fallout 4. I am looking to use the game’s prerelease
video’s to create a video of similar style based of editing and voicing over sections
of the different videos they released. It will cover my research paper over the
placebo effect. Fallout 4 bases its world around a divergence in 1940’s to 1960’s
culture. Hopefully I can find a proper voice change to reflect the sound of a
radio voice from that time. This project aim to engage its target college
audience by incorporating a couple factors, it will have a unique voice over.
Instead of just my voice talking if I can find a voice changer that works it
may be more interesting to listen to. Also there will be images and clips from
the videos to allow the audience to watch and listen. Finally with a unique and
popular theme to tie the entire video together. I am interested in this because
I think I can make it work. Also it will be fun to use my knowledge about video
editing and sound recording. Plus I have played some fallout 4 myself and enjoy
the game. No doubt I will be playing for “research purposes” while working on
my project.
This sounds interesting and has my attention already. The video with voice over is a good idea for your project, giving people something to watch while listening to your point of view. Maybe throughout the video show some statistics and research you have found to provide a stronger argument. Also be sure to relate this game to your topic and research you've found.
